Sowing Time :
During the beginning of June in the Kharif season
Seed Variety :
Saga Varadevi, Raj-755, Ankurcoat, and other varieties
Sowing Spacing :
Irrigated area: (120 × 45 cm), Non-irrigated area: (90 × 30 cm)
Seed Rate :
4 to 5 kg per acre
Fertilizer :
Apply NPK nutrients at 50 kg per acre according to water availability and soil condition
Weed Control :
Use Pendimethalin before sowing and Quizalofop-Super after sowing
Disease / Pest Control :
Spray insecticides twice after 45 days. Use suitable medicines on time for pest and fungal control as per crop requirement and agricultural advice.

Crop Duration :
Generally, the first cotton picking starts during October to November. (Picking duration may vary according to cotton variety)
